What this means for you
- Most visits are for common illnesses such as coughs, colds, sore throats and sinus infections. These are all covered under COB.
- Each clinic visit is supported up to RM120 per episode, and you get up to 8 episodes a year.
- You can also see a doctor online through teleconsultation, 9am to 10pm daily, without going to a clinic. How it works
About these figures
- Figures come from the monthly COB reports prepared with our healthcare partners HEYDOC Health and MiCare.
- Active members are members whose COB was active during that month.
- A member who visited a clinic more than once in a month is counted once under "Members who used COB".
- The report is updated monthly.
